01 General Introduction & Acceptance

bdtok is an online entertainment gaming platform that offers cricket betting, live casino, and slot games for users in Bangladesh. By using the bdtok website or app, you are automatically considered to have read these terms and conditions and agreed to abide by them.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to stop using the platform immediately. bdtok reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and payment activities on the bdtok platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and play on bdtok. bdtok reserves the right to verify the information provided at the time of registration. Providing false information about your age will result in account cancellation and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity document is strictly prohibited. bdtok uses technical methods to detect suspicious or duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close such accounts at any time.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, address, mobile number, and payment details you provide at the time of registration must be accurate and complete. Providing incorrect information may delay or cancel the withdrawal process. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the bdtok support team immediately.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bdtok is ৳100. You can use the following payment methods to make a deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Using the correct reference number when making a deposit is mandatory. bdtok will not be responsible for delays caused by using an incorrect reference number. bdtok may request additional verification to review suspicious transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are only approved to the same payment account used to make the deposit.

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
Withdrawals may be put on hold if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been completed.
bdtok reserves the right to review withdrawals if unusual betting patterns are detected.
If fraud is suspected, the withdrawal will remain on hold until the investigation is complete.

Third-party accounts must not be used for withdrawals. Transactions must go through a payment account registered in your own name.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdtok offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. This bonus requires 20x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳24,000 in bets to withdraw the bonus (1,200 × 20). Winnings from the bonus become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
Bonuses can only be used on games approved by bdtok.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
bdtok reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
Misuse of bonuses, such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate account cancellation.
If there is any ambiguity in a promotional term, bdtok's interpretation will be considered final.

4.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, bdtok may offer various cashback deals, reload bonuses, and VIP benefits. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is announced.

05 VIP Program

bdtok's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on regularity of play and activity. bdtok reserves the right to change VIP tier terms and members will be notified before any changes are made.

06 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdtok:

Fraud, deception, or any attempt to win through dishonest means.
Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
Account hacking, phishing, or any other cybercriminal activity.
Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Harassment of or inappropriate behavior toward other users.
Attempting to attack bdtok's systems or network.

If you engage in any of the prohibited activities above, bdtok reserves the right to immediately close your account, forfeit your balance, and take legal action if necessary.

bdtok monitors every transaction and betting activity. If any unusual activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended during investigation.

07 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

bdtok is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). bdtok does not alter the outcome of any game.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game outcome is affected by a technical error or system failure, the relevant bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. bdtok will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical errors.

7.3 Betting Limits

bdtok may set minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and markets. bdtok reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

7.4 Result Disputes

If you have an objection to the outcome of any game, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the event. bdtok will review the relevant information and communicate a decision, which will be considered final.

08 Sports Betting Rules

bdtok offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to sports betting:

If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet is voided and the amount is refunded.
Bets placed after a match has started (live betting) are governed by specific rules.
bdtok reserves the right to change market odds at any time.
The official results of international sports bodies (such as ICC, FIFA) are followed for determining the outcome of any event.
bdtok reserves the right to review bets if unusual betting patterns are detected.

10 Limitation of Liability

The bdtok platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bdtok does not accept any responsibility in the following cases:

Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
Delays or failures of third-party services (payment gateways, mobile banking).
Losses caused by unauthorized access or hacking, provided bdtok has taken reasonable security measures.
Unforeseen events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.

Under no circumstances will bdtok's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing the account, any pending wagering requirements on your balance must be fulfilled, or the remaining funds must be withdrawn directly.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by bdtok

bdtok reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

Violation of these terms and conditions.
Evidence of fraud or illegal activity.
Due to a legal obligation.
Extended period of inactivity.

bdtok will consider returning any legitimate balance after an account is closed; however, bdtok reserves the right to forfeit funds in cases of terms violations.

12 Responsible Gaming

16 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The applicable law and relevant judicial jurisdiction will govern the interpretation and application of these terms and the operations of bdtok. If a dispute arises, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through arbitration.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be considered severed and void, while the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
